  • Property & Service Details: Information about your home or office (e.g., square footage, number of rooms, pet ownership, specific cleaning instructions, and entry codes/lockbox locations if provided).
  • Financial & Payment Information: Credit card numbers, bank account details, and transaction histories. Note: All financial data is processed and stored securely by our third-party payment processors via Jobber. We do not store full credit card numbers on our local systems.
  • Communications: Records of your communications with us, including text messages (SMS), emails, and job-related notes or feedback submitted via the Jobber client hub.

2. How We Collect Your Information

We collect information through:

  • Direct Interaction: When you request a quote, book a service, sign up for the Jobber client hub, or communicate with our team.
  • Our Service Platform (Jobber): We use Jobber to manage scheduling, quoting, invoicing, and client communications. Jobber collects information on our behalf to facilitate these services.
  • Automated Technologies: When you interact with our online booking links or client hub, automated cookies or tracking technologies may collect basic usage data (like IP addresses and browsing activity).

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to operate our business efficiently and provide you with excellent service, including:

  • Scheduling, performing, and tracking your home or office cleaning services.
  • Processing quotes, invoices, and secure payments.
  • Sending transactional communications (e.g., appointment reminders, "on-the-way" text messages, and invoices) via Jobber.
  • Responding to customer service requests and inquiries.
  • Sending occasional promotional offers or company updates (you may opt out at any time).
  • Complying with legal obligations, local tax regulations, and enforcing our service agreements.

4. Sharing and Disclosure of Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We share your data only with trusted service providers who assist us in running our business:

  • Jobber (ServiceTitan Network): We share your information with Jobber to manage your customer profile, scheduling, and service history. Jobber’s privacy practices govern how they secure this data.
  • Payment Processors: Payments made through Jobber are processed by secure, PCI-compliant third-party integrations (such as Stripe or Jobber Payments).
  • Our Employees: Relevant information (such as your address, cleaning checklist, and entry instructions) is shared securely with our professional cleaning technicians so they can complete your service.
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, or government regulation.

5. Data Security

We and our platform provider, Jobber, implement industry-standard technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

6. Text Messaging (SMS) Communication

By providing your mobile phone number, you consent to receive transactional text messages from us via Jobber regarding your scheduled services, reminders, and billing.

  • Opt-Out: You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying "STOP" to any message you receive.

7. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you.
  • Request corrections to inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Request the deletion of your personal data (subject to our legal requirements to retain financial and tax records).
  • To update your information, you can log directly into your Jobber Client Hub or contact us directly.

SERVICE TERMS & CONDITIONS 

BUBBLES ON WHEELS LLC — HOME & OFFICE CLEANING SERVICES

Applicability: All Residential, Commercial, and Janitorial Cleaning Service Agreements Location: Grant County, Muncie, and Surrounding Indiana Regions 

Welcome to Bubbles on Wheels LLC. These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between the client ("Client", "you", "your") and Bubbles on Wheels LLC ("Company", "we", "us", "our") governing the provision of professional residential, commercial, and janitorial cleaning services. 

By scheduling a service, accepting a quote, or allowing our cleaning professionals into your home or office, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please review them carefully. 

1. Scope of Services 

The Company agrees to provide professional cleaning services as detailed in the specific service estimate, quote, or booking confirmation generated for the Client (e.g., standard recurring clean, deep clean, move-in/move-out clean, or commercial office janitorial services). Any adjustments, additions, or modifications to the scope of work requested on-site must be authorized through management and may result in adjusted pricing. 

2. Access, Lockouts, and Safety 

2.1 Property Access 

The Client must ensure that our cleaning technicians have reliable access to the designated property at the scheduled time. Access may be provided via a key, lockbox code, security code, or by an individual present on-site. If our team is locked out or unable to access the property within twenty (20) minutes of arrival, a Lockout Fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost (or a fixed fee of $50, whichever is greater) will apply. 

2.2 Utility Requirements 

For our team to perform a thorough, hygienic clean, the property must have operational electricity, climate control (heating/air conditioning), and running hot and cold water. If these utilities are unavailable upon arrival, services may be suspended, and a lockout or short-notice cancellation fee will apply. 

2.3 Safety Hazards 

Our technicians reserve the right to leave a property immediately if they encounter hazardous conditions, including but not limited to uncontained mold, severe biohazards (feces, bodily fluids), pest infestations, structural instability, or hostile environments. Full or partial service fees will apply in these circumstances. 


3. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Lockouts 

We value our technicians' time and plan our staffing schedules carefully. We require at least twenty-four (24) hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests.  

•  Notice given 24+ hours in advance: No penalty or fee will be assessed. 

•  Notice given less than 24 hours in advance: The Client will be charged a late cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service price. 

•  Same-day cancellations or on-site lockouts: The Client will be charged up to 100% of the service cost to offset technician scheduling and labor losses. 

4. Pricing, Payments, and Late Fees 

4.1 Rates and Quotes 

All cleaning quotes are based on a combination of estimated labor hours, square footage, property type, and initial cleanliness. If our team arrives and finds the property conditions differ significantly from what was described during booking, we reserve the right to contact the Client to adjust the final price or scope of work before proceeding. 

4.2 Payment Timeline 

Payment is due immediately upon the completion of services unless prior billing terms have been explicitly negotiated for commercial or corporate accounts. We accept secure digital payments, credit cards, and authorized electronic invoicing. 

4.3 Late Payments 

Unpaid invoices or failed transactions remaining outstanding more than five (5) business days past the due date will accrue a late fee of 1.5% per month (or the maximum rate permitted by Indiana law) on the total balance due, along with any collection costs incurred. 

5. Client Responsibilities & Pre-Cleaning Preparation 

To optimize the efficiency and thoroughness of your cleaning session, the Client is requested to tidy up general clutter (toys, clothing, loose paperwork) before the team arrives. Our technicians are there to clean surfaces, sanitize fixtures, and dust; picking up excessive clutter can reduce the time spent on deep structural cleaning. Please secure all firearms, cash, jewelry, and highly sensitive or sentimental personal property prior to our arrival. 

6. Damage Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability 

While our team treats your home or commercial space with the utmost care, accidents can happen. Bubbles on Wheels LLC carries comprehensive general liability insurance for your peace of mind. 

6.1 Reporting Window 

Any damage or missing item claims must be reported to Bubbles on Wheels LLC management within twenty-four (24) hours of service completion. Failure to report within this window voids our corporate liability for the incident, as external factors cannot be reasonably ruled out. 

6.2 Pre-Existing Damage 

The Company is not liable for pre-existing damage, wear-and-tear, or improper installation. This includes, but is not limited to: loose or poorly mounted blinds/shelving, structural cracks in old drywall, worn flooring or grout, or fragile antiques and items that are already unstable. 

6.3 Limit of Liability 

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF BUBBLES ON WHEELS LLC FOR ANY DEMANDS, CLAIMS, LOSSES, OR DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE CLEANING SERVICES SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE TOTAL MONETARY AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY THE CLIENT TO THE COMPANY FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE SESSION IN QUESTION. 

7. The 24-Hour Service Guarantee 

Your satisfaction is our primary goal. We do not offer monetary refunds for completed cleaning services. However, we do provide a 24-Hour Service Guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with any specific area cleaned by our team, notify us within twenty-four (24) hours of service completion, and we will dispatch a technician back to your property to reclean the missed or unsatisfactory area at zero additional cost to you. 

8. Solicitation of Technicians 

The Client acknowledges that Bubbles on Wheels LLC invests significant resources in recruiting, background checking, and training our cleaning professionals. The Client agrees not to privately solicit, hire, or engage any cleaning technician introduced or employed by the Company for independent private service outside of this Agreement. This non-solicitation restriction applies during the technician's employment and for a period of twelve (12) months following the termination of their relationship with the Company. Breach of this clause carries a liquidated damages penalty of $2,500 per occurrence to cover recruitment and replacement costs. 

9. Pets and Animals 

We are a pet-friendly company, but the safety of our technicians and your animals is paramount. The Client must secure any pets that may exhibit aggressive, anxious, or highly protective behaviors while our cleaning professionals are working on-site. The Company is not responsible for pets that slip out of doors or gates left open during regular cleaning workflows. 

10. Governing Law 

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal actions or formal disputes arising under this Agreement must be filed in the appropriate court system representing Grant County, Indiana. 


11. Severability 

If any single provision, clause, or paragraph of this Agreement is deemed invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that specific provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, and the remainder of the terms shall continue in full force and effect.
